Come along on our Baja Grand Tour as we visit the amazing cities of Tijuana, Rosarito Beach and Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village! Your adventure begins as we cross into Mexico and visit Tijuana, the fourth largest city in Mexico. We will go on a cultural sightseeing tour of the area with stops at the Cultural Center, the Tijuana Bullring, the Tijuana Zoo, the Tijuana Tower and then time for some shopping along Avenida Revolucion. This street is the main shopping Mecca south of the border with more than 400 different types of shops that will entice you to bargain like the locals for your Mexican curios. Then it's off to Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village, once a small fisherman town is now home to over 50 different restaurants offering the specialty of the house, Puerto Nuevo style lobster meals. This lobster meal is a Pacific Ocean Lobster deep fried to perfection....meal includes unlimited rice, beans and a Welcome Margarita! After lunch, we travel to Rosarito Beach and enjoy an house of R&R by the beach. Once a Russian settlement, Valle de Guadalupe is one of Mexico's oldest Wine Country offering some of Mexico's best wines. We will visit two fabulous wineries: Domeq and L.A. Cetto. Afterwards, we will travel into the city of Ensenada which is bustling with a fast growing fishing and tourism industry. We will enjoy a Mexican inspired lunch at Ensenada Harbor. Located about 40 miles away from San Diego, Temecula is Southern California’s top wine country and producer of fine wines. Join us as we travel on a luxury motorcoach with a restroom of course and learn about wine making at its finest. We start our journey at your departure point of choice and continue up the Interstate 15 to our first winery which is located on the new wine trail which is Leonesse Cellars. Nestled in the rolling hills and vineyards of Temecula's wine country, Leonesse Cellars offers a warm, enchanting setting where visitors can enjoy great wines, spectacular views, and wonderful times with family and friends. We will try 6 excellent wines! The next winery we visit is Cougar Vineyard & Winery, owned and operated by Rick and Jennifer Buffington, the first couple winemakers in the valley. We will do an extensive wine tasting of 9 in the Cougar private barrel room. Live music on Saturdays! We end our journey with a visit to the Wilson Creek Winery. Nestled at the end of Rancho California Road in Temecula Valley lies our family estate vineyard and winery. We will do a wine tasting adventure and then savour their famous Almond Champagne.
